NOTE: In order to block someone who's already a buddy,
follow these steps:
- Choose Messenger from Web Home.
- Choose Address book.
- In the listing for the person you want to block,
choose Change.
- Choose Instant message settings.
- Uncheck (friend) is your buddy.
- On the following page, choose Done.
